Very first lesson I would recommend everyone to know, be one with the beat.
Listen to some Ix-Nay, UnLove You, Crash & Burn. If you can't feel the beat in you, keep trying, everyone can dance, it's all about how much they want to learn.
So, lesson 1, be one with the beat, understand and quickly know how the beat is less than a second, and be able to tap to it.
Feeling the beat is really important in dancing.
